A very nice gesture by the school boy hope all of us do our bit by protecting the environment and trees… especially during this time when we are going through a drought.
Hope is not lost! May the newer generations do the right thing
What a wonderful image!
Imagine if Coorg Wildlife Society, Coorg Education Fund, major private and established Government aided schools and colleges sponsored tree planting by school children along with the Forest Department, Education and Tourism Departments – there could be at least 10,000 school and college going children – if all planted an indigenous tree at an assigned location at their home compound, school, Village mandh and be taught to look after it during the early years – it would make such an impact!!
We can learn how to take care of the earth with examples like this. I wish he knew how many lives he has touched!!
Indian education system should prioritise such and need a revolution. People should realise protecting five elements of nature is important than religion, castesim etc.
Such a wonderful action by a young innocent kid a big lesson for all of us May God bless him Dr Anil Chengappa
The Beach boys said it best:
” Child is the father of man ”
God Bless!
I’m sure this kid is inspired by his parents or teachers and inspiration for millions watching this. Whoever he is, thanks for the act. Schools must do more to mold the kids early. Govt (people running it) must stop selling the earth for their own benifits. We are already feeling the Global warming. Let’s do our bit too.
This is so inspiring .The destiny of the environment lies within our control, let us make a commitment to protect nature and its blessings every time we step out from our home.
Clearly a super-hero!! Thanks for the picture… ‘child is (truly) the father of man’…wish we learn from this picture
Truly a hero..So much to learn from this capture.
True words, Heros are not made they are by birth it relates a lot while we see this pick
Such a kind and GOod act by a little child.
Small gesture for a better tomorrow.
Kudos to the little guy and his carers who seem to have been able to imbibe in him a great idea combined with action
A potential leader in the making, leading by example .Engrossed and unaware. My heart goes out to this young child
Nice message !!!
We adults should learn from kids.
This is so adorable, let’s learn from this kind gesture to save our environment and be kind to nature.
That bag is too big for that kid. Schools should manage the workload of the kids better. Too much pressure on kids is not good. Education system needs a overhaul.
Very cute
Hope this conveys the required message to all of us
Save trees
“It is not hard to start a small garden, all you need is a sapling, a planting pot, a small bag of soil, and regular watering. There you go …
Yes…inbuilt passion changes things around…love for nature should come from within..great going boy
Nature is the best Teacher. Education can Give a literate man to the society but Nature Gives a civilised One.
Title is awesome.
Real Hero’s Don’t act, but their actions are Heroic!.
He is such an inspiration to all of us
This demonstrates the budding awareness and proactive approach to protecting the environment, illustrating the beginning of maturity in safeguarding our planet for the future. This small gesture reflects the significant influence of early environmental education, nurturing a mindset of responsibility and sustainability crucial for a healthier earth
Wish the adults would learn from the children. If every school going child in the rural area planted a local variety of tree and looked after it during their growing up years – there would be such a major impact on our surrounding environment!
So true. Nice capture and apt title.
