A female wild elephant charge and attacked a car on the road, near Anekad forest depot, Kushalnagar. Hubballi-based Sharif and his family were travelling in the car. The passengers were injured in the incident.
Former Z.P. Member Lateef on hearing the news, rushed to the spot and made arrangements to shift the injured to the hospital.
