Speaking after inaugurating the Constitution Day program held at Sri Rajarajeshwari Institution, Madikeri Senior Civil Judge and Member Secretary of District Legal Service Authority Shubha said that the scripture is the constitution for all Indians and everyone should respect the constitution and the law. The programme was recently organized by the District Legal Service Authority, Advocates’ Association and Sri Rajeshwari Institution.
Speaking further Senior Civil Judge Shubha said that constitution is basic for laws. Free and compulsory education for children is also a gift of the Constitution. Shealso said that everyone should realise that not only rights are given in the constitution, but also duties are also given.
Sachin Vasudev, Secretary of Sri Rajeshwari Vidyasirshana spoke and said that everyone should celebrate the Constitution Day as a festival.
Indian constitution is a wonderful constitution and a model in the world. He also said that everyone has been given all the opportunities and basic duties and rights in that direction.
An Essay Competition on the Importance of Constitution was organized by the District Legal Service Authority, in which the first place was won by Ajariya, second place was won by Anusha and third place won by Pratiksha.
