Applications invited for Yuvanidhi Scheme

The government’s major guarantee scheme “Yuvanidhi” scheme was launched in the district on December 26, 2023, through the Industrial Training and Employment Department.

Students who have completed their graduation, diploma, post-graduation/engineering in 2023-24 and are not employed in government, private, self-employed for at least 6 months and are not pursuing higher education can apply for the ‘Yuvanidhi’ scheme free of cost by visiting Karnataka One, Grama One and Bapuji Seva Kendras through the portal http://sevasindhugs.karnataka.gov.in. Graduates, post-graduation, engineering graduates will be given Rs. 3,000 per month and diploma graduates Rs. 1,500 as unemployment allowance until they get a job or for a maximum of 2 years.

Beneficiaries who are already registered and receiving money have to self-declare every three months. It has been informed that the self-declaration for the months of March, April and May should be done by the 25th of May.
