Sports day was recently held at the National Academy School Athur Gonikoppal. The program was presided over by founder and chair person Dr. Shanthi Achappa, Awardee in the excellence in the Best School for inclusive Education, Principal Pushpa Muthanna.

Chief Guest of the event  Journalist Kodandera Mamatha Subbaiah speaking on the occasion called upon the students to regard and respect the teachers and parents. She further urged the students to learn to write as the central part of education is learning how to write as it is a tool to express one’s thoughts. Various Sports events was held and the prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest.
