Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated across Kodagu with traditional fervour.Various rituals were held at the Iskcon Temple since the morning. A special puja was held at Kanchi Kamakshiamma Temple, bhajans were sung by Sri Ramanjaneya Bhajan Mandali.The district administration, zilla panchayat, Kannada and Culture Department observed Sri Krishna Jayanthi at Gandhi Bhavana.
