Missing Student from Navodaya found dead

The body of a PUC student of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, MA Amit, who was missing from the vidyalaya premises was found  dead at Kuttuhole reservoir  recently.

It was learned that MA Amit, son of Anand, Staff of  Navodaya Vidyalaya, had gone to the school  from the staff quarters and  thereafter he went out of the main entrance of the school  .

After seeing  this, the institution’s security staff called his father Anand and  informed him that Amit just passed the main gate .  Immediately Anand came to the spot  but did not locate his son. Anand later lodged a complaint with the Madikeri rural Police station.

After complaint police started investigation and found slippers of Amit on the banks of  Kuttuhole.

On the background of this Police and firefighters operated through the rafter and found the  body in the Kuttuhole reservoir.  The police have registered a case.  Further  enquiry is in progress .
