Mepadanda Savita Kirtan, Assistant Child Development Project Officer and Superintendent  in charge of the Women and Child Development Department recently received Suvarna Karnataka Veera Vanitha Rani Chennamma State Award. The award was  given by  Bangalore Social Welfare Institute and the Vishwa Kannada Janapada Parishad.

Savita Kirtan,  has selflessly served  for the all-round development of women and children. In recognition of her unparalleled service and achievements, she was honoured by dignitaries at the National Women’s Talent Program held at the Akkamahadevi Hall of the Kannada Sahitya Parishad in Bangalore on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
