Karnataka State Government Plantation Association appeals to MLA A. S. Ponnanna

The office bearers of the Karnataka State Government Plantation Association recently met the Honorable Chief Minister’s Legal Advisor and Virajpet constituency MLA  Ajjikuttir S. Ponnanna  and discussed with the Honorable Chief Minister and Revenue Minister to extend the period for submission of lease applications for growers and launch the lease application process, and submitted a request to facilitate the growers’ community.

On this occasion, the Karnataka State Government, with their cooperation, has formulated rules to give long-term lease to unauthorized cultivations of plantation growers, for which they are grateful, the president and office bearers of the association congratulated them. 

Ponnanna spoke to the members of the plantation growers through video conference and assured that the problems would be resolved immediately.
