MCT members visit tribal hadies

President and Trustee of the Manaviyathe Charitable Trust, (MCT) 7th Hoskote, Sunttikoppa and the head of the Legal Unit recently visited “Katte Hadi” the tribal region at Ranga Samudra to get information about the tribal people and the problems they are facing. The founder/ president of the organization Shivakumar in a press release also informed that MCT trustees Sowmya Shree of Seventh Hoskote and Regional development Officer Stany Joseph have made a detail study of the tribal people and accordingly MCT is taking responsibilities in informing the tribal people about the government facilities which they are supposed to get and also to inform government about the problems through their legal head Advocate Monalisa Shivakumar.

The release also added that when MCT team visited tribal people at Ranga Samudra, the people have given a written request letter about their problems. Even after the state and central governments are spending so much of money to up lift them the tribal people are still living in a hut without any basic facilities. There is no toilet for women, no electricity. The school going children are facing difficulties to study in the nights since they do not have power supply to their half built houses from government.
