Chief Minister’s Political Secretary and Virajpet MLA A.S. Ponnanna has clarified that no cloud seeding has been conducted in Kodagu district.
He said there was no final decision yet on where cloud seeding should be carried out.
An appropriate decision would be taken only after discussions with officials of the Meteorological Department.
He clarified that there was no possibility of cloud seeding being conducted in Kodagu under the current circumstances.
MLA A.S. Ponnanna, through media, appealed to the people of Kodagu not to be confused by rumours being circulated on the issue.
