The Rajaseat Development Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Venkat Raja to review ongoing development works and plan future activities. Shashidhara, Deputy Director of the Horticulture Department, briefed the meeting on initiatives to improve basic amenities at Rajaseat. He announced that a flower and fruit exhibition is scheduled for January or February.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar raised concerns regarding non-Kannada-speaking staff currently operating the zipline facility, stating that complaints have been received from visitors. He suggested that personnel capable of interacting effectively with the public be assigned.
Sachin, Project Director of Nirmiti Kendra, informed the committee that estimates for upgrading facilities at Rajaseat have been prepared. Â The meeting was attended by Additional District Collector R. Aishwarya, Tourism Department Deputy Director Nitin Chakki, Municipal Commissioner H.R. Ramesh, Senior Assistant Director of Horticulture Panindra, Assistant Director Muthappa, and officials from various departments.
