Kodagu Vidyalaya celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm. Teachers organised and presented the entire programme, blending art, sports, humour and cultural performances to create a memorable experience.

The ceremony began with the school council leaders lighting the lamp under the chairmanship of school leader Dharmik and vice-president Shaurya. A welcome dance by the teachers energized the students, while teacher Ponnamma spoke on the significance of Children’s Day.

A comedy play by Damodar Gowda and team was the highlight of the event. Dance performances by Divya and team, and a musical presentation by music teacher Pratibha and troupe entertained the children. Principals Sumitra K.S. and Nagaraj performed a light-hearted skit that delighted the audience. School administrator Ravi P. captivated students by singing “Bombe Hadduthaite.” Teachers Sumanth and Veena M.M. anchored the programme. Various sports events were also organised for students.
