Shri Maha Mrityunjaya Temple: Prohibitory order extended till Jan 14th

In view of law and order and internal security, the area within a radius of 200 meters around the Shri Maha Mrityunjaya Temple in S. Kattemadu Village, Madikeri taluk, has been declared a restricted area from 6 AM on January 7th to 10 am on January 14th, prohibiting the gathering of more than 5 people in groups, protests, processions, rallies, congregations and raising provocative slogans, by the district administration, as per the powers vested under Section 163(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
