Virajpet town Police have succeeded in arresting an accused who was supplying forbidden drug marijuana recently. The accused was Ilias (47), a resident of Satyanagar, Mysore. Police seized. 30 kg 550 grams of marijuana from him.
After getting information police raided and arrested the accused near junction of the Nisraga Badavane, in Virajpet town.
DYSP Mahesh Kumar S, Virajpet Circle Inspector Anoop Madhappa, PSI Vani Shri BS and Staff were the team who conducted raid .
Kodagu District Superintendent of Police K. Ramarajan expressed his happiness and praised team work of police. SP on the occasion appealed to the public to inform the police about the drug distribution, if they come across.
