Lorry Collides with Taxi Driver at GT Circle

A 24-year-old taxi driver, Sahil, died after a gas tanker travelling from the Mangaluru Road collided with him near Gen Thimmaiah(GT) Circle in Madikeri.

The accident occurred when Sahil was standing on the road in front of the new passenger rest area near GT Circle. Foggy conditions are suspected to have contributed to the collision.
