Special campaign launched to settle cases through mediation

As per the directions of the National Legal Services Authority and the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, the Chief Justice of India has launched a nationwide campaign, Special Mediation Campaign 3.0 – Mediation for the Nation – from August 1 to December 30 to settle pending cases in courts through mediation.

Accordingly, pending cases in the district courts are being settled through mediation, and the parties concerned have been urged to take advantage of the special campaign, said Shubha, Member Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority and Senior Civil Judge.
