Bengaluru: Bengaluru Kodava Samaja President Chiriapanda Suresh Nanjappa participated in the Kutumba Kreeda Habba 2026 function, organised by the Kodagu Gowda Yuva Vedike and conveyed a message of social harmony, urging all communities in Kodagu to live together and progress collectively.

Recalling Kodagu’s tradition of communal harmony, he said that caste based politics had, over the years, strained the district’s social fabric. However, he observed that people are now increasingly rejecting such divisions and embracing unity, peaceful coexistence, and mutual respect across communities.
