Kodagu District Cooperative Central Bank (DCC Bank) Ltd., Madikeri, organised customer grievance meetings at its Head Office Branch and College Road Branch under the chairmanship of Bank President Kodandera P. Ganapathy.

The meetings witnessed the participation of 60 customers at the Head Office Branch and 63 customers at the College Road Branch.

During the interaction, customers were provided information about the various loan schemes and banking services offered by the bank. Participants appreciated the bank’s progress, the leadership of its President and Board of Directors, and the quality of service provided by the staff.

Bank President Kodandera P. Ganapathy responded to queries raised by customers during the meeting, while the Chief Executive Officer presented the bank’s performance statistics and outlined its recent achievements.

Addressing the gathering, Ganapathy said that the 105-year-old Kodagu DCC Bank currently ranks first among the district’s 23 cooperative banks in terms of deposit mobilisation and loan disbursement. He added that the bank has achieved an impressive 98 per cent loan recovery rate.

He attributed the bank’s success to the continued support of farmers, depositors and cooperative societies across the district.

Ganapathy further stated that the bank’s Net Non-Performing Assets (NPA) had been reduced to zero, reflecting its strong financial performance.

He informed customers that grievance meetings are conducted twice a year and would continue to be organised across all 26 branches of the bank in the presence of local directors to strengthen customer engagement and address public concerns.

Among those present were Bank Directors Hosur Satishkumar and Kangira Satish, Chief Executive Officer Manavattira Belliappa, and branch officials and staff.
