Virajpet MLA Ajjikuttira S. Ponnappa performed the Bhoomi Puja recently for the development of the road from Ponnappasanthi to Balale in Ponnampet taluk of the Virajpet Assembly constituency.
The road development work will be undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs. 2.30 crore and the project will commence shortly, the MLA said on the occasion.
