Deputy Commissioner (DC) S.J. Somashekhar visited Kadagadal Government High School recently and conducted an inspection.
During the visit, he reviewed the attendance of the headmaster and teaching staff, student attendance, the mid-day meal programme, kitchen facilities, computer room, library and drinking water facilities. Expressing satisfaction with the overall functioning of the institution, he appreciated the management and staff.
Noting that the school has consistently achieved a 100 per cent pass percentage in the SSLC examinations, the Deputy Commissioner stressed the need to further increase enrolment.
He said that all children residing in the surrounding areas should have access to education at the school and advised the headmaster and teachers to make concerted efforts to enhance student enrolment.
Deputy Director of the School Education Department Basavaraju stated that Kadagadal Government High School had maintained a 100 per cent SSLC result and that special emphasis had been placed on providing quality education to students.
Headmistress Daisy and other members of the teaching staff were present during the visit.
