Four-year-old Anvik should have spent his childhood playing with his parents and friends, receiving an education, and building a bright future. Tragically, fate intervened, and his life was cut short in a cruel accident.

He met with a fatal accident before he could even fully experience life. However, even in death, he demonstrated immense humanity by donating his eyes and kidneys.

Anvik, the only son of Rajith and Ramya from Chikkaaluwara village in Kodagu district, was residing with his grandparents, HaragaThimmaiah and his wife, in Yadavanad village of Somwarpet taluk.

It is reported that recently, he had gone to Somwarpet with his grandmother. While returning by bus, he got down at Yadavanad bus stand and was crossing the road when a speeding car from the Kushalnagar direction hit him. Sustaining severe head injuries, he was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Mysuru, where he underwent treatment for four days. Unfortunately, he succumbed to brain damage.
