Comments:

Six complaints were received during a public grievance session conducted by Lokayukta officials at the Tahsildar’s office recently.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dinakar Shetty directed officials to resolve the complaints-related to revenue, forest, and land issues-within a week.

He stressed accountability among government staff, stating that officials must respond promptly and provide written explanations for pending work. He also expressed concern over cases remaining unresolved for over a year.

Officials were instructed to maintain proper records, including identity cards and movement registers, and ensure transparency in public service.
