A workshop on “Comprehensive Care of Burns and Facial Plastic Surgery” was conducted at the Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences.

Assistant Commissioner Nitin Chakki emphasised the importance of timely treatment and infection control in burn cases.

Medical experts from various institutions delivered lectures on burn management, paediatric care, and reconstructive surgery. Miss Teen Universe India 2024 Karissa Bopanna also addressed the gathering, motivating students.

The event saw participation from doctors, students, and medical professionals across districts.
