Milan K. Bharat, Assistant Director in the Fisheries Department, Kodagu, won a silver medal in the classical dance category at the All India Civil Services Employees National-Level Cultural Competition held in New Delhi recently.
Representing the Government of Karnataka, he received the award from Navpreet Kaur, Director, Central Personnel and Training Department.
Milan performed under the guidance of Guru Vidwan Rajesh Acharya of Virajpet.
