The Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust has implemented a Whistle Blower Policy under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister’s Arogya Karnataka scheme to address allegations of corruption, medical and non-medical fraud, and misuse of authority.

As per the government order, the policy ensures that the identity of individuals who file complaints against government or private hospitals, or any stakeholder involved in the implementation of the scheme, will be kept strictly confidential. The policy aims to facilitate the receipt and investigation of complaints while safeguarding whistleblowers against any disclosure or retaliation.

The Chief Vigilance Officer of the Trust has been designated as the Whistle Blower Officer. The officer will receive disclosures of serious allegations, conduct detailed investigations, and submit a preliminary report to the Whistle Blower Committee. The Committee will examine the findings and take necessary action with the approval of the competent authority.

Hospitals, beneficiaries, staff members, and the general public may submit complaints. Information can be shared via WhatsApp at 9480819724.

For further details, individuals may contact the Chief Vigilance Officer, Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust, Arogya Soudha, 7th Floor, 1st Cross, Magadi Road, Bengaluru – 560023. Toll-free helpline: 1800 425 8330.

Email: cv*****@***il.com, the Trust said in a statement.
