Dr. Pasura Praveen Kumar has been appointed as the Dean of the Department of Homeopathy at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka, for a period of two years by the Vice-Chancellor of the university.
He is currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Practice of Medicine Science at the Homeopathy Medical College, Basaveshwara Nagar, Bengaluru, and has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Dean along with his present position.
Dr. Praveen Kumar is the second son of late Devaiah of Pasura village, Garwale, and Smt. Pattu Devaiah.
