World Human Day will be celebrated on December 29 to mark the birth anniversary of Rashtrakavi Kuvempu. The programme will be held at 11 am at Gandhi Bhavan, Madikeri, in association with the Kodagu District Administration, Zilla Panchayat and the Kannada and Culture Department.
A floral tribute programme will be held at 10 am at the statue of Rashtrakavi Kuvempu near Major Mangerira Muthanna Circle.
