27th Anniversary Celebrations at Sri Vijaya Vinayak Temple

The 27th anniversary of Sri Vijaya Vinayak Temple, located at Convent Junction, Madikeri, was celebrated recently with great devotion. Special worship was offered to Lord Vijaya Vinayaka, and a large number of devotees from across the district participated in the event.

The temple’s chief priest, Krishna Upadhyay, performed the rituals. A mass feeding was organised for thousands of devotees, including students, on the occasion.

Madikeri MLA Dr. Manthar Gowda, Madikeri City Municipal Council President Kalavathi, Additional Deputy Commissioner Aishwarya, Additional Superintendent of Police Barike Dinesh, former Zilla Panchayat President K.P. Chandrakala, MUDA President Rajesh Ellappa, and several other dignitaries offered prayers to Lord Vijaya Vinayaka.

Devotees appreciated the efficient arrangements made by the Temple Management Committee President K.B. Poonachha and other committee members.
