Nada Peda Asha is a women-centric film that beautifully portrays rural life and captures the essence of Kodava culture, attire, traditions, and customs. The film tells the story of an Anganwadi worker who bravely faces personal and social challenges after losing her husband, a soldier, in war. It depicts her resilience as she balances family responsibilities with her professional duties.

The film has been screened across Kodagu on LED platforms and featured at several international film festivals. It has received numerous accolades, including the Best Director Award at the 7th Dehradun, 2nd Chandigarh, and 27th Kolkata International Film Festivals, as well as at the Mysuru Dasara Film Festival (2022) and the Karnataka International Film Festival (2022) held in Hubballi. It also won the Best Regional Film award at the Panorama International Film Festival in Bengaluru and the Best Social Film award at the International Film Festival in Goa.

Nada Peda Asha has been screened at film festivals in Assam, Manipur, Imphal, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Kolkata, the UK, Nepal, Europe, and Belgium. Altogether, it has won 201 international awards in 78 different categories, including Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Feature Film, Best Story, and Best Cinematography, and has been screened 201 times globally.
