Students Qualify for Nationals
Coorg Public School marked a momentous achievement as its students,
M S Pulin Poovaiah and Gagan R Gowda, emerged champions at the CISCE Regional Level Under 17 Badminton Tournament held at Greenwood High, Bangalore recently.
Representing their school with skill and determination, the duo dominated the court with their flawless coordination, sharp smashes, and strategic gameplay. Their consistent performance throughout the tournament earned them the coveted title and a direct qualification to the CISCE National Level Badminton Championship.
The tournament, hosted at Greenwood High, saw participation from top schools across the region. However, it was the Coorg Public School pair that stole the spotlight, defeating strong contenders with ease and confidence under the guidance of their coach Chermana.With their eyes set on the national stage, Pulin and Gagan carry the hopes of Coorg Public School and the region. The school Principal and staff wish them continued success and glory in the upcoming championship which will be held in Chennai shortly.
