Strong Indian Performance at Sumatera Utara Rally 2025 –
Sumatera Utara, Indonesia – The 3rd round of the FIA Asia-Pacific Rally Championship (APRC) witnessed a strong showing from Indian rally crews.
Representing VM Motorsport, backed by Vamcy Merla, Abhin Rai from Kodagu and co-driver Srikanth Gowda impressed in their international debut, finishing 2nd in the NVA Category, 2nd in Junior APRC, 3rd Runner-Up in M1 Category, and 8th Overall in the APRC standings.
The challenging Sumatera Utara stages tested teams with unpredictable weather, technical gravel tracks, and rugged terrain, but the Indian crews rose to the occasion, earning praise from competitors and fans.
VM Motorsport’s strong results have cemented its place on the international stage, raising expectations for the remaining APRC rounds.
