Kadeeja Kundanda of Gundikere has secured second position in the MSc Psychology examination for the University of Mysore. Kadeeja is daughter of Kundanda Ali Haji . She is currently working as a nurse in the Government Hospital at Bannimantap, Mysore.
She was appreciated by the Health Department and the public for caring of patients, during the Corona pandemic. Recognizing her selfless service, the Government Employees Association honored her with the “Seva Ratna” award in 2016.
She has also been performing her duties as the District Nursing Officer in charge of the entire district for the past 2 years and has completed her graduation studies here at Mukta Gangotri Mysore and has secured second position for the entire University of Mysore. It may also be recalled that Kadeeja participated in state and national masters athletics competitions, won several awards and was also selected for the international level.
