A two-wheeler rider Abdul Faheem (21) was slapped with a fine of Rs 25,500 for speeding and violation of other traffic rules. It is reported that Faheem had modified the silencer of the vehicle, which lacked side mirrors, indicators and an emission test certificate. Abdul was fined for overs peeding on the College Road and creating noise pollution.
