Kodagu District BJP held protest against State Government

A protest was staged by the Kodagu district BJP in Madikeri’s General Thimayya circle recently. The protest was held on the background of allegation of land grabbing by Wakf Board. The Protesters lashed out at Wakf Minister Jameer Ahmed and accused the Wakf Board of grabbing the land of innocent poor people.

The protesters expressed their anguish against the anti-Hindu Congress government and blamed CM and DCM for this.

On the occasion Protesters demanded for the removal of the Congress led State government and the Waqf Board.

In Kodagu also notice were given to 16 people and protesters demanded that it should be cancelled immediately.

 

District BJP president Ravi Kalappa, various taluk presidents of the party, office-bearers of various wing, MLC Suja Kushalappa and many other prominent people participated in the protest.
