Rotary Misty Hills President Ponnachana Madhusudan and Children’s Dasara festival convenor Anil H.T. informed that various competitions will be organised as part of the 11th Children’s Dasara festival at Gandhi Maidan on Saturday, the October 5, 2024 in association with Madikeri Dasara Cultural Committee.
Children’s Dasara competitions for students of Kodagu district will commence from 9.30 am on Saturday 5th at Gandhi Maidan.
In the Children’s Festival those students who are within SSLC can put shop with maximum of 5 students in a team in children shandy competitions. The sale of rural products is preferred during shandy and a maximum of two students are allowed in the children’s shop.
Fancy dress competition for LKG and UKG Students’ Section, Class 1 to Class 4, Class 5 to Class 7 will have separate competitions, with priority given to costumes.
Clay Modelling – Clay modelling competition is organized for the students of class 5 to 7 and class 8 to 10.
Participants should be present at Gandhi Maidan, Madikeri at 9 am on Saturday 5th. All competitions will start from 9.30 am.
