A task force meeting was held at the Ponnampet Taluk Panchayat (TP) Hall under the chairmanship of A.S. Ponnanna, MLA from Virajpet Assembly Constituency and Legal Advisor to the Chief Minister.
The MLA reviewed the preparedness of various departments for the upcoming monsoon season. He stressed that all departments must remain vigilant and ensure that the public does not face any hardship during the rainy season. He directed officials to act promptly on any complaints from the public and take immediate necessary action.
The Task Force Head has been instructed to maintain constant communication with the MLA and submit regular updates on departmental progress.
Participants included Taluk Magistrates Anant Shankar (Virajpet) and Mohan (Ponnampet), Executive Officers Appanna (Virajpet and Ponnampet Taluks), Kalimada Prashant (Taluk President of the Guarantee Implementation Committee), and officials from various departments.
