Allumada Saanchi Bollamma Wins Gold at South India Boxing Championship

Allumada Saanchi Bollamma, daughter of late Allumada Anil Uthappa and Ashika (née Kallangada) Nalkeri, won the gold medal in the 65–70 kg category at the 1st Elite South India Boxing Championship 2026.

The championship was held at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru, from September 16 to 19.

Bollamma’s gold-medal finish marks a notable achievement in the championship, which brought together elite boxers from across South India.
