Two persons allegedly involved in an attempt to steal an SBI ATM at Gandhi Circle in Somwarpet town have been arrested, and the car allegedly used in the crime has been seized.

SBI Bank Manager Suresh had lodged a complaint on September 4 regarding the attempt to steal the ATM. Based on the complaint, a case was registered under Crime No. 219/2026 under Sections 303(2) and 62 of the BNS, and an investigation was initiated. On September 11, police apprehended two persons allegedly involved in the crime and seized the car used in the attempted theft.
