As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll directed by the Election Commission of India, Sub-Divisional Officer Nitin Chakki and Tahsildar Sridhar visited the residence of former Minister M.C. Nanaiah in Madikeri on Tuesday and distributed the voter enumeration form.

The State-wide voter verification and enumeration exercise will be carried out through door-to-door visits from June 30 to July 29.

As part of the campaign, election officials have commenced the distribution of enumeration forms by visiting the residences of prominent citizens and public representatives before extending the exercise to all households across the State. The Special Intensive Revision aims to update and verify voter information to ensure that the electoral rolls remain accurate and up to date.
