Retired General Mukund Naravane PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM recently visited General Thimayya Museum in Madikeri. Mukund Naravane appreciated the comprehensive information about General Thimayya’s military life at the Museum. 

Speaking on the occasion he said that General Thimayya’s life has always been a role model for the younger generation. By visiting such a Museum, people will not only get to know the heroic stories of the proud warriors of the Indian Army. On the occasion he also appreciated that the Museum is being maintained in a very good manner.

On the occasion, Subedar Major Gaudanda Thimmaiah, Manager of the Memorial Hall gave information about the Museum to the General Mukund Naravane.
