A 41-year-old man, identified as C.J. Sandeep of Kothi village near Somwarpet, died on the spot after his motorcycle lost control and hit an electric pole near Inakanahalli.
The pillion rider, Prasanna of Dodda Tholur village, sustained injuries and has been admitted to hospital. Police have registered a case and initiated investigation.
