Government Committed to Police Welfare: Minister Bhosaraju

Kodagu District In-charge Minister N.S. Bhosaraju said the government is committed to providing adequate infrastructure, including housing, to police personnel who play a vital role in maintaining law and order.

He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for the construction of police residential quarters near Police Maitri Bhavan at a cost of approximately Rs 5.30 crore.

MLA Dr. Mantar Gowda said police personnel deserve appreciation for their dedication and assured efforts to construct additional residential quarters by bringing the matter to the notice of Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara. District Superintendent of Police Bindumani R.N. and other senior officials were present.
