The third edition of the Mihir J. Rodrigues Open Match Play Golf Championship was conducted successfully at Coorg Golf Links, drawing enthusiastic participation from open golfers and invited guests.
The championship, which has steadily gained popularity among golfers and invitees alike, witnessed exciting contests and a strong spirit of camaraderie throughout the event.
In the finals, held on 6th May, Parithosh Ganapathy defeated last year’s winner I.K. Ponappa.
A grand fellowship gathering was also organised with great warmth and hospitality by Michael and Sunita Rodrigues. Participants and guests appreciated the thoughtful arrangements and fellowship brunch held after the final.
Speaking on the occasion, Michael Rodrigues expressed his gratitude to all the golfers for their continued support and participation in the tournament, which is organised in memory of his son Mihir Rodrigues.
