National Lok Adalat on July 11

The Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, Bengaluru, will organise a National Lok Adalat across the state on July 11.

The initiative provides an opportunity for the public to resolve pre-litigation and pending cases through conciliation, ensuring speedy and cost-effective justice.

Cases eligible include cheque dishonour, bank recovery, matrimonial disputes, labour issues, electricity and water charges, land acquisition, and various civil and criminal matters.

If disputes are settled through conciliation, court fees will be fully refunded. Daily preliminary hearings are being conducted both physically and via video conferencing across courts.
