Farmers Advised to Complete FRUITS ID Registration

Comments:

Farmers are currently availing benefits under the Central Government schemes through FRUITS ID after completing e-KYC. The Central Government is now creating a unified FRUITS ID system, which will be integrated with the Central Government application.

Farmers are required to update all survey number-wise land details in their name under the FRUITS ID. Digital consent is mandatory for the creation or updation of the FRUITS ID.

Farmers must register the OTP received on their Aadhaar-linked mobile number by visiting
the Farmers Contact Centre,Horticulture Department, Animal Husbandry Department, or Gram One Centres.

Farmers who do not yet have a FRUITS ID must register by providing all land records in their name, along with their bank account number, IFSC code and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.

Farmers who already possess a FRUITS ID must ensure that details of any pending or additional land survey numbers in their name are updated.

As digital consent is compulsory to avail benefits under Central Government schemes, the Joint Director of the Agriculture Department has urged all farmers in the district to complete the registration process by February 25.
