Gyanesh D.R., son of Ravi D.R. and Jyoti N.R., a resident of Negale village in Somwarpet taluk, has been selected to represent Karnataka State in the 19th Senior Circle Style National Kabaddi Championship.
Kodagu District Amateur Kabaddi Association Secretary Kapil Kumar B.D. said that the championship will be held at Sri Gurudwara Sahib, Bajpur, Nainital, Uttarakhand, from January 10 to January 13, 2026. He congratulated Gyanesh on his achievement and wished him success at the national level.
