MLA Dr. Mantar Gowda performed Bhoomi Pooja for three major projects:

Boys’ Post-Matric Hostel near ITI College – Rs. 379 lakh

Girls’ Post-Matric Hostel near District Court – Rs. 448 lakh

Sports Hostel near District Stadium – Rs. 250 lakh

The projects are funded by the District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, SC Welfare Department and Department of Youth Empowerment & Sports.
