C.S. Arun Machayya Appointed Vice-Chairman of Karnataka Sports Authority

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is the Chairman of the Karnataka Sports Authority, has appointed Cheppudira C.S. Arun Machayya as Vice-Chairman of the Authority.

Machayya, an international karate master and former Member of the Legislative Council, has been entrusted with the important responsibility of strengthening sports in the State.

Expressing happiness over his appointment, Machayya told that he would make every effort to work for the progress of the Sports Authority and contribute to the promotion of sports in Karnataka.
