The District and State Legal Services Authorities will conduct a National Lok Adalat across Kodagu district courts on September 13, 2025. This initiative provides an opportunity for resolving pre-litigation and pending cases through conciliation.
Eligible matters include cheque bounce cases, bank recovery, electricity and water disputes, matrimonial issues, and service-related cases. Settlements through Lok Adalat allow for full refund of court fees and foster mutual understanding.
